We may not have NFL football until September, possibly even October, but we have plenty of NFL QB battles to keep us busy!
Several legal online sportsbooks from posting odds for some of their most notable Quarterback competitions ahead of the 2020-2021 season. We’ve collected the list from DraftKings, FanDuel and BetMGM Sportsbook to dissect the most favorable odds.
Starting QB Odds at DraftKings Sportsbook:

Only two teams are available when it comes to QB battles at DK Sportsbook for now: The LA Chargers, and Miami Dolphins.
Tyrod Taylor is the overwhelming favorite to start the year at -305, with the number six pick in the NFL Draft, Justin Herbert up next at +250. Interestingly enough, free agent Cam Newton may be worth a dart throw at +2000 if you believe the Chargers are willing to take a one-year flyer on the former NFL MVP.
Tom Telesco agreed with Anthony Lynn that Tyrod Taylor is in driver's seat to start, but he said he wants competition at quarterback. Justin Herbert joined the mix today

Meanwhile in Miami, Ryan Fitzpatrick also is the heavy favorite at -305 to be the Week 1 Starting Quarterback. Rookie QB Tua Tagovailoa is behind him at +225 with third string option Josh Rosen coming in at 20/1.

Tua +370 To Start at FanDuel Sportsbook:

Over at FanDuel, Cam Newton is once again a part of the conversation, but this time for a different team. At the moment, Jarret Stidham is on the roster for the New England Patriots and is expected to be the Week 1 starter at -250. Newton, despite remaining a free agent is listed at +350 to join the Patriots. Where the value play might be is in current Patriots backup, Brian Hoyer. A longtime veteran of playing under Bill Belichick and Josh McDaniel’s system, Hoyer at +450 could be the sharp play considering his knowledge of the system and a possible gap to Stidham or another quarterback long term.
"I think this ends w/ Cam Newton the Patriots for almost no money. I look around the league, the Titans, the Colts, the Bears, the Jags should've signed him. … I'm already irritated, not only bc the Patriots will be good but bc I'll find myself rooting for them."—@getnickwright pic.twitter.com/hu8zJurqPn

FD Sportsbook is also offering a much closer competition with the starting QB for the Chicago Bears. At the moment, newly acquired QB Nick Foles -150 has the upper hand over former number two overall pick Mitchell Trubisky at +117.
“I just don’t think you spend a 4th round pick and give a guy $21 million dollars, and sit him behind a quarterback that I don’t believe the coach believers in.”

Finally, BetMGM Sportsbook has even more potential options on the table. Since we’ve already hit on the Bears, Chargers, Dolphins, & Patriots, let’s focus on the lone teams BetMGM has that DK and FD do not.
Right now, Dwayne Haskins is a slight favorite to begin the season at QB at -176 over Kyle Allen at +150. Alex Smith who is still recovering from a gruesome leg injury comes in at 10/1.
Meanwhile, the Philadelphia Eagles turned some heads when they selected Oklahoma (and former Alabama) QB Jalen Hurts in the second round. Their current QB Carson Wentz is still the large favorite at -1000, but has had injury concerns over the last several years. Should he get hurt in the preseason or Training Camp, there may be good value on both Hurts (+500) as well as longtime backup Nate Sudfield (+2000). while Hurts is still learning Doug Pederson’s offense.
