Can the Kansas City Chiefs win two straight Super Bowls? We will see, as the Chiefs will take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl 55. Early odds have the Chiefs favored to win by three points, but that is of course with two weeks to go until the big game. The Chiefs dominated the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship, but they are slightly banged up. In addition, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers technically are playing at home in the Super Bowl. That of course will give the Bucs a few points, but the line has traditionally been a “neutral site” betting line.

Super Bowl Preview & Betting Notes
This is one of the matchups the entire world wanted to see. It’s Tom Brady, the quarterback with the most Super Bowl wins in NFL history, going up against Patrick Mahomes, the heir apparent.
These two teams took separate paths to get to Super Bowl 55. Kansas City secured the one seed in the AFC and won two games at home to make it to the big game. Tampa Bay, on the other hand, had to win three games on the road to make it here. But despite the fact that the Buccaneers made the playoffs as a Wild Card team, they are far from a big underdog in this one.
The Chiefs and Bucs had two of the best offenses in the NFL this year. Kansas City finished the regular season first in total offense and top 10 in scoring. However, Tampa Bay is just as good on both sides of the ball. The Bucs are third in scoring offense and top 10 in scoring defense.
But again, all eyes will be on the quarterback matchup. Barring injuries, Mahomes is talented enough and in a good enough situation to eventually challenge for Brady’s all-time Super Bowl wins. If the Bucs can hold off the Chiefs, that will go a long way in helping to keep Brady at the top. Betting with narratives in mind is always risky, but there should be plenty of intriguing QB props between Mahomes and Brady.

Super Bowl Prediction
The Buccaneers have had a wild run to this point and it’s tough to go against Brady in the Super Bowl, but take Kansas City laying the points in Super Bowl 55. Patrick Mahomes is going to run it back with his second consecutive Super Bowl MVP and he will score a significant win over Brady.
Both of these teams can score in bunches. If you are looking at taking the total, the over looks like the play despite the fact that it’s super high at 56.5. This game could turn into a shootout sooner rather than later.
Final Score Prediction: Chiefs win 35-27
