The 2020-2021 NFL playoffs have begun, and we are already down to just eight teams remaining with the Divisional Round beginning this weekend. Last week, it was the first “Super Wild Card” round, and six teams were eliminated from playoff contention. This means from the perspective of the Super Bowl futures market that all remaining teams’ prices have increased, as they all are in the last eight teams vying for the title. Let’s take a look at the updated odds from all the legal sportsbooks, and which teams have which prices.

Last week was one of the largest moves of the season, as teams were finally eliminated from playoff contention as only 14 teams were left. Entering this week, there are only eight teams remaining. The Kansas City Chiefs are still the favorites, but they are closely followed by the Packers, Saints, and Bills. Let’s take a look at the updated Super Bowl odds.

As you can see above, there are only eight teams left to bet on to win the 2021 Super Bowl. The Chiefs are still the betting favorite everywhere, but if you wager on them be sure to do so at BetMGM Sportsbook as their price is +220 there, compared to +200 or worse at other sportsbooks. Wagering on the best odds is a great way to help increase your chances at being a profitable bettor long term. The same goes for the Green Bay Packers, whose odds are +375 at DraftKings, but +400 at BetMGM, PointsBet, and William Hill Sportsbook. Be sure to use the chart above so you can see which sportsbook offers the best price. If you believe in one team that has a great chance to win the Super Bowl, now is the time to wager on them before prices go down on the teams that win this weekend.

Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl Odds rise entering Divisional Round

Last week was a big one for Lamar Jackson and the Ravens, as they came from behind and won a playoff game against the Tennessee Titans in dramatic fashion. This caused their Super Bowl odds to rise from +1100 to +750, the largest movement amongst the top candidates to win the Super Bowl on DraftKings Sportsbook. This was Jackson’s first NFL playoff victory, and they will take on the Bills this week as a two-point underdog. Two of the most creative offenses in football will face off in what promises to be a great football game. Should the Ravens win, their odds will likely increase to win the Super Bowl as well so time is running out to grab a good price on them.

Baltimore Ravens +750 +350

Kansas City Chiefs continue to be Super Bowl Favorites

After a bye week in the Wild Card round, the Chiefs are ready to go in the Divisional Round against the Browns. Cleveland is coming off a great win against the Steelers, but the Chiefs are still 10-point favorites at home. Kansas City is the favorite to win the Super Bowl at +200, moving up from +225 last week. This is still likely the best odds you can get on the Chiefs, as their price will climb if they continue to win playoff games.

NFL Divisional Round Super Bowl Odds Movement

The Kansas Chiefs are +200 to win the Super Bowl, and are the overwhelming favorites. With just eight teams remaining for this NFL season, the odds will just get closer and closer in terms of price at various legal sportsbooks. With four games this weekend including the top seeds in both conferences in play (Chiefs and Packers), we will see some tight finishes leading into the final four next weekend.

Super Bowl Odds Movement – Stock Up in Divisional Round

Team Current Super Bowl Odds Super Wild Card to Divisional Round Movement
Kansas City Chiefs +200 +25
Green Bay Packers +375 +75
New Orleans Saints +600 +150
Buffalo Bills +650 +50
Baltimore Ravens +750 +350
Tampa Bay Buccaneers +900 +100
Los Angeles Rams +2000 +1000
Cleveland Browns +3000 +2000

All eight teams that remain in the hunt for the 2021 Super Bowl all saw their odds increase since last week. The largest moves were the Rams and the Browns, moving to +2000 and +3000, respectfully. The Ravens also saw a large boost from +1100 to +750. The two teams at the top remain unchanged with the Chiefs and Packers, but both of their odds increased to +200 and +375, respectively.

Super Bowl Odds Movement – Stock Down in Divisional Round

With only eight teams left on the odds leaderboard after the Wild Card round, there were no teams that saw their odds drop entering the Divisional Round. This makes sense, as the number of playoff teams was nearly cut in half and each team’s chances to win the Super Bowl had to either increase or go unchanged due to how the playoff system is set up. There will unlikely be any teams that see their odds fall despite advancing, except for possibly when the Super Bowl comes around if there is a team that is a heavy underdog.
