Week 17 in the NFL has concluded, and the playoff field is set for the 2020-2021 NFL playoffs. The Chiefs and Packers are both the number one seed in each of their respective conferences, and both earn a spot atop the rankings and betting odds in terms of the futures market. As you can see below, the Packers are +165 to win the NFC, while the Chiefs are -115. Could this mean both favorites are headed to the Super Bowl? Time will tell, but one thing is for sure and that is the NFL playoffs will bring plenty of action…on the field and in the sports betting world.
Here is a look at the updated odds for each team to win their respective conferences, odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

2021 AFC Championship Odds
|Team||Odds to Win AFC Championship|
|Kansas City Chiefs||-115|
The AFC presents a very heavy favorite in the Kansas City Chiefs, as they are -115 favorites to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl next month. After Kansas City, the Bills are +350 and the Ravens are +600 to win the conference, with the Steelers at +1000 behind them. The last three teams in terms of odds to win the AFC are the Titans (+1400), the Colts (+2000), and the Browns (+2200). All of these teams have better odds than some of the longshots in the NFC, but the Chiefs are by far the most favored to represent the conference. Look for these odds to move after the first round of the NFL playoffs.
2021 NFC Championship Odds
|Team||Odds to Win NFC Championship|
|Green Bay Packers||+165|
|New Orleans Saints||+275|
|Tampa Bay Buccaneers||+400|
|Los Angeles Rams||+1300|
|Washington Football Team||+4000|
The NFC is set to be far more competitive for the Super Bowl, per the latest odds on DraftKings. As you can see, there are four teams with odds of +450 or better to win the NFC. The Packers, Saints, Bucs, and Seahawks all have a solid chance at winning the NFC, per DraftKings’ odds. The three long shots are the Rams (+1300), the Bears (+4000) and the Washington Football Team (+4000). While no one expects the Football Team or the Bears to win even a game, their odds are quite attractive for longshot bettors in the NFC. With that said, it’s likely better to wager on one of the top four than the bottom three.
2021 Super Bowl Odds – Chiefs and Packers the favorites
With the 2020-2021 NFL playoffs set to begin this week, the Super Bowl odds have changed. With that said, the Chiefs and Packers are the leaders in the clubhouse in terms of being the betting favorites to win the Super Bowl. Behind them are the Saints, Bills, Bucs, Ravens, then Seahawks. It will be a tremendous postseason for the NFL, but you can also take advantage of the Super Bowl futures market on a week-to-week basis if you believe a team is undervalued. A lot of bettors like the Ravens at +1100 on DraftKings Sportsbook. When it comes to legal sports betting, there is no more popular futures market than the Super Bowl.
