The PGA is back! On June 11th, the Charles Schwab Challenge tees off for the first official PGA event since the coronavirus pandemic caused the season to be suspended. FOXBet Sportsbook has aggressively jumped in as far as promotions are concerned, offering a very generous “Cousin Sal PGA Special” that will give bettors their money back (up to $50) if a golfer they wager to win finishes in the Top 10. Let’s take a look at the promotion, and some strategy on who to wager on.
Cousin Sal’s Money-Back PGA Special

Next up is the Charles Schwab Challenge, which FOXBet has rolled out a very generous promotion for the restart of the PGA season. With FOXBet’s personality “Cousin Sal” headlining the “Cousin Sal’s PGA Special” promotion, it is sure to be of heavy interest to the Fox Sports audience. Here are the details:

There is a bit of strategy here, given the likelihood for many of the participating golfers to finish in the Top 10. For example, Rory McIlroy is the favorite at +750 to win the Charles Schwab Challenge, but is -110 to finish in the Top 10. A $50 wager on McIlroy to win would return $425, or a $375 return. If McIlroy does not win, he is a favorite to finish in the top 10 and your money will be refunded in the form of a free bet. A look at other golfers’ odds to win the Charles Schwab Challenge:
- Jon Ram +1100
- Justin Thomas +1600
- Webb Simpson +2200
- Bryson DeChambeau +2500
- Patrick Reed +2800
Last year, Kevin Na was the winner of the Charles Schwab Challenge. He was 50/1 to win.
