AFC-NFC Betting Picks

It has all come down to this. There are four teams left in the NFL, and each team is just one win away from Super Bowl 54.

The Tennessee Titans will take on the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship and the Green Bay Packers travel to San Francisco to face the mighty 49ers at home in the warm weather. Both games currently have the same spread at -7.5, which is quite interesting.

DraftKings Sportsbook has provided us with public betting information for NFL Championship Sunday. From the betting handle to the number of bets to the total and money-line, the following chart has everything you need to make an informed bet on the NFC and AFC Championship, for who you think will be in Super Bowl 54.

Public Betting Against The Cinderella Story Titans

The Tennessee Titans have defeated the New England Patriots in Foxboro and the “best team in the NFL”, as dubbed by many, Baltimore Ravens in Baltimore in two consecutive games.

This week, the public is still betting against them. Currently, 73% of the money is on the Kansas City Chiefs (-7.5) and just 27% of the money is on this year’s Cinderella Story. The Chiefs have one of the best offenses in the NFL all season long, a terrific head coach in Andy Reid, and a defense that has played very well of late. Not to mention, they scored 51 points in just three quarters last week against the Texans. As for the total in this game, bettors on DraftKings love the over, as 77% of the money is on over 52.5. The lone bet of the three that is close is the money-line, as 55% of the money is on KC to win, while 45% of the money is on the Titans to upside. Keep in mind though, bettors will bet the underdogs in the money-line for value reasons, as the Titans are +290.

No Love for Aaron Rodgers and the Packers

Betting against Aaron Rodgers is one thing. Betting against Aaron Rodgers when the other quarterback is not Manning, Brady, Brees, or closer is another.

The betting public loves Jimmy Garoppolo and the 49ers to reach Super Bowl 54, as 68% of the money is coming in on the 49ers to cover a large 7.5-point spread. An interesting note on this game is the total as well, as it is quite low compared to the AFC Championship, as the NFC Championship’s total is just 45 points. 60% of the money is on the over in this game, and a massive 78% of the total bets show the same result. As for the money-line, the Packers only have 28% of the money on them to win, as the 49ers have 72% of every dollar wagered on the NFC Championship on DraftKings Sportsbook.
