Alabama Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa continues to be one of the most talked about prospects in this year’s draft. Multiple reports have the lefty QB either soaring up draft boards due to his massive upside, or sliding down due to health concerns and inability for in-person visits.
👉 64% of the handle is on UNDER 4.5 draft position.
👉 Tua is +300 to be the THIRD overall pick, but only 15% of the handle.

DraftKings Sportsbook has released their notable market splits for Tagovailoa ahead of the first round of the NFL Draft Thursday night, and there remains a noticeable discrepancy between the bet percentage and money percentage of those bets.
The key number for Tagovailoa’s draft position is 4.5. Right now, DK Sportsbook indicates that the betting percentage numbers are fairly even: 48% who think he’ll be drafted OVER the 4.5 position, and 52% who believe he’ll be drafted UNDER. However, the UNDER is receiving 64% of the handle, compared to just 36% of the money on the OVER. That +12 handle to bet percentage is a likely indicator that sharp money is coming in on the UNDER.
The Dolphins remain the favorites at pick number five to draft Tagovailoa, with both the highest bet percentage and handle percentage. However, don’t sleep on the Detroit Lions at pick number three. The Lions, despite the smallest percentage of bets have the second highest money handle at DraftKings Sportsbook. Maybe Matthew Stafford could face more competition that he thought coming into camp!
