When it comes to the Super Bowl, there are a few traditions that everyone is aware of. Of course it’s the battle of the two best teams in the NFL, but there is also a ton of new and great commercials. From old school Mean Joe Greene commercials, to the famous Bud Light “Wazzup” commercials, to the Budweiser horses, all the way to the Doritos and E-trade comedic routines, commercials in the Super Bowl are just as big a topic as the game at most Super Bowl parties. Let’s take a look at some of the pre-released bits for this year’s game.

Super Bowl Commercials Cost $5.5M This Year, per CBS

This year, the Super Bowl will be on CBS, and the price for a 30-second ad has reached $5,500,000. That is a lot of dough, but keep in mind that this is the single most-watched sporting event and among the most popular viewings of any event every single year. While we may see some different companies this year amongst the pandemic, most companies are not shy about spending big money for big advertising.

DraftKings is even expected to have a Super Bowl commercial this year, and Bass Pro Shops is getting in on the action.
